What is the Sign Up process?

-To sign up for an On the Go Mom membership, select your plan and start subscribing!!  Also, don’t forget to enter your email address to receive communication from us as well as our monthly newsletter.

How does the Subscription work?

-As an On the Go Mom member, you’ll receive a mix of thoughtfully curated items every single month.  Each month’s box will include approximately 4-6  SURPRISE items within the following categories: Health & Wellness, Comfortable Apparel while On the Go, (select months) Beauty & Skin Care, Snacks for the Go, Home Storage & Organization, (select months) Quick & Easy kid approved recipes, (select months) as well as the “Red Card” with tips & tricks on being a busy Mom on the Go. 


-On the Go Mom Box is a monthly subscription and you will be charged immediately after selecting your desired plan.   After your first box, your subscription will automatically renew on the 15th of each month unless you decide to cancel for any reason before your upcoming renewal date.


What Subscription Plans do you offer?

-At the time of signup you’ll have the option of selecting a Monthly, 3 Month, 6 Month or Annual Plan.  With the 3, 6 & Annual Plan you will be automatically billed entirely upfront for the equivalent number of boxes per each plan however at a discounted price than the monthly plan for pre-purchasing.  (You will not be charged again until the end of your selected plan).  All monthly plans will be billed each month and will renew the 15th of each month at regular price.

Can I cancel at any time?

-Yes, you can cancel at any time for any reason with no commitments.  If you would like to take a break for whatever reason you’re welcome to do so and sign back up again.  If you decide to cancel your plan please be sure to cancel before the renewal date to prevent from being billed.

When will I receive my box?

-You can expect to receive your box the first week of each month, please allow at least until the 7th -10 day of each month for shipment.  Also, please keep in mind that shipping delays do occur and this is sometimes out of our control, however we will work with you to ensure that the issue is resolved.

Do you take returns/exchanges or issue refunds?

-On The Go Mom Box purchases are FINAL SALE and nonrefundable.  We don’t accept returns, exchanges of boxes and returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.  Of course your satisfaction of or monthly box is very important to us so please let us know how we can make this possible for you.

What do I do if my order is damaged during delivery?

-Any missing, damaged, lost or defective items must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date.  Please contact us at our Customer Care Team, so we can help resolve this issue.

How do I update my general, billing & shipping information?

-You can change all of your account information when you login into your On The Go Mom Box account online and navigate to “Account” from there you can edit the information you would like to update.
